A small business that evolved after an escape from the restaurant industry has quickly grown into an upcoming outdoor food & gear brand that you don't want to miss.

This trio is on a mission to make your mouth water by sharing their passion for delicious food outdoors. Set against the backdrop of nature, Tyler, Kassy, and Tosh are here to help you #FuelYourAdventure with their epic line of freeze dried meals and unique cooking products.

The Chef, The Storyteller & The Adventurer

Chef Tyler brings over 20 years of experience in Ontario’s fine-dining scene. After selling his restaurant in the city, he set out to reconnect with his passion for the outdoors. An expert in open-fire cooking and backcountry meal prep, he loves sharing techniques that help campers elevate their outdoor cooking game. CAMPKITCHEN is the realization of his long-time dream to create his own line of freeze-dried camp meals.

"CAMPKITCHEN has given me the opportunity to share my cooking passion with others. From the twig stoves I personally designed to the freeze-dried camp recipes I've developed, my goal is to empower people to get outdoors and fuel up with quality food wherever their next adventure takes them."

Kassy Scott is a content creator, storyteller and creative designer. She is head of the marketing & brand development at CAMPKITCHEN. A devoted mother to two adventure-loving daughters (and dogs), she endeavors to engage women and talk about how great the outdoors can be for our mental health and well-being. She's also the first to taste test Chef Tyler's meals.

"Telling an authentic story is something I truly value. I know the joy of eating Tyler's food on adventures. My job is to take that emotional connection, share it through our content and inspire our community to get outside. Adventure food should taste just as good as the experience feels."

Richard Tosh from Tosh Self Propelled on YouTube brings an abundance of outdoor tripping experience and knowledge to the table. His passion for high quality food and his love for spending time in the backcountry is evident through his videos. Tosh is head of CAMPKITCHEN distribution and community building. He's on the road fuelling adventures and spreading the word about our brand.
